BANKS Property Management has been approved as a Real Estate Proprietary School by the Real Estate Board and offers accredited classes in Property Management. The primary mission is to support the professional and ethical practices of the Property Management and Rental industry through education. Instructor Merlyn Banks, with over 20years experience, shares the Standards of Practice in accordance with the Virginia Residential Landlord Tenant Act “VRLTA”. This includes the appropriate guidelines for the application process when it comes to selecting the right tenant, learners will learn how to create the tenant selection criteria, and effective lease writing etc.
