We asked that all applicants fill out the application completely and submit the required documents and certified funds. Processing of application(s) includes Credit Check, Employment and Landlord Verifications - This may take up to five (5) business days or longer depending on the property owner's response.
NOTE: All application(s) must be submitted to our office located at 181 Kings Highway, Suite 209, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22405 or you may utilize our Dropbox, conveniently located outside our office building.
