OUR FEES: Our Property Management Fee and Leasing Fee are always included in the Property Management Agreement. Our fees are justified by our performance, education, experience and most of all our reputation for staying educated on Legislation changes. In addition we keep all our clients abreast of all changes and up to the minute on their properties.
